Terms of Service
Last updated 4 October 2026
Draft under legal review. This page describes how BusinessFlow works today, but the wording hasn’t been reviewed by a lawyer yet and may change. Questions: hello@jaidigitalads.com.
These terms apply when you or your business (“you”) use BusinessFlow, a product of Jai Digital Ads (“BusinessFlow”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them on behalf of your business.
1. What BusinessFlow is
BusinessFlow is software for capturing leads, managing contacts and their consent and, as features become available, messaging customers on WhatsApp. It is built for Meta’s official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API). BusinessFlow is independent: it is not WhatsApp or Meta, and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by them. WhatsApp is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.
BusinessFlow is currently in early access. Features may change, and the service is provided as it is, without guarantees of availability.
2. Your account
- You must give accurate details and keep your sign-in secure.
- You are responsible for what happens in your workspace, including what your team members do.
- You must be able to agree to these terms on behalf of your business.
3. Your contacts and their consent
You decide who you store in BusinessFlow and how you use their data. You are responsible for having a lawful basis for that, including valid consent before sending marketing messages, and for honouring opt-outs. BusinessFlow records consent and excludes opted-out contacts, but it can’t know whether consent you enter or import is genuine.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use BusinessFlow to:
- send messages to people who have not agreed to receive them, or keep messaging people who have opted out;
- break WhatsApp’s or Meta’s terms and policies, including the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Commerce Policy;
- send unlawful, misleading, harassing or harmful content, or promote prohibited goods or services;
- upload personal data you have no right to use, or data about children for marketing;
- attack, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the service, or get around its limits or security.
Because misuse by one customer can affect WhatsApp access for others, we may suspend or restrict an account that breaks these rules, where possible after telling you why.
5. WhatsApp and Meta
Using WhatsApp through BusinessFlow also requires accepting Meta’s terms for the WhatsApp Business Platform. Meta charges for WhatsApp messaging separately from any BusinessFlow fee, and bills those charges to you. Meta may limit or remove WhatsApp access, and we are not responsible for Meta’s decisions or for outages of Meta’s services.
6. Plans, payment and fees
Free trial. A new workspace gets a 14-day free trial with every feature and no card needed. During the trial, bulk sends (campaigns) can reach up to 100 recipients in total.
Prepaid plans. Every plan has every feature; they differ only in how long you prepay: ₹1,499 for 1 month, ₹2,999 for 3 months, ₹5,499 for 6 months or ₹9,999 for 12 months. You pay once, through Razorpay, before the term starts. Plans don’t renew automatically and nothing is charged without you choosing to pay. Renewing before a term ends adds the new term after it; renewing after it has ended starts the new term on the day you pay. Paying during the free trial ends the trial and starts the paid term that day.
Taxes. Prices are final. No GST is charged at present. If that changes, we will tell customers by email before any tax is added to a price.
When a plan or the trial ends. After a paid term ends, sending keeps working for 3 more days (grace). After that, or straight away when a free trial ends unpaid, the workspace becomes read-only: your data is kept, incoming messages are still received and you can read, export and delete data, but nothing is sent (messages, campaigns, automations and API sends) until you pay. We may delete a workspace’s data after 180 days without payment; we will email the workspace’s admins at least 14 days before we do, and renewing before then keeps it. Payment records and invoices are kept as the law requires.
Storage. Each workspace includes 10 GB of file storage. When it is full, new files can’t be uploaded and customers’ incoming files are no longer saved (text messages still work).
WhatsApp charges. Meta charges for WhatsApp messaging separately and bills you directly; those charges are not part of BusinessFlow’s prices.
Refunds are covered by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
7. Your data
Your data stays yours. We use it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy, which also explains where it is kept (files are stored in the United States) and how long. You can export your contacts at any time, set how long conversation content is kept, and delete contacts or complete deletion requests for them.
8. Ending the service
You can stop using BusinessFlow at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may end the service for an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms. After an account is closed, we delete its data, including stored files, except what we must keep by law or to respect opt-outs.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell customers by email before they take effect.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.
