Shipping and Delivery Policy

A digital service, nothing shipped

BusinessFlow is online software. We don’t sell or ship physical goods, so there are no shipping charges, couriers or delivery addresses.

How a plan is delivered

• Free trial: starts as soon as you create your workspace, with no payment.
• Paid plans: delivered online. When Razorpay confirms your payment, the plan is activated on your workspace, usually within minutes of confirmed payment, and at most within 24 hours; the Billing page then shows its new end date. If the confirmation is delayed, we check with Razorpay again every 10 minutes, so a payment you have made is applied without you doing anything.
• Confirmation: an invoice for each payment, on the Billing page and by email to the workspace’s admins.

You use BusinessFlow in a web browser at its own address; there is nothing to download or install.

If a payment isn’t applied

If you were charged but your plan wasn’t activated within 24 hours of the confirmed payment, email contact@jaidigitalads.com with your workspace name and the Razorpay payment ID. We will apply it, or refund it if we can’t provide the service, as our Refund and Cancellation Policy describes.
